Spring Field Day - Road Trip Expression of Interest

Overview

This is a ROAD TRIP event, where Valley Farmers organises travel to an existing third party event. We try to make the travel as fun as the destination! A great way to network with fellow farmers.

Register your expression of interest in the form below to join fellow Valley Farmers heading to the Gippsland Agricultural Group’s East Gippsland Spring Field Day.

  • Travel is FREE thanks to the generosity of Thorpdale farmer, Glen Westbury, donating his bus and time.

  • If you choose to provide us your address then we may organise a closer pick-up point if sufficient numbers or come straight to you.

  • Minimum of 12 passenger needed for event to be viable.

  • RSVP before 20th October.

  • We will register you with the direct Field Day event on your behalf. No need to double book.

Schedule (subject to change as we get registrations):

Departure

  • 7:40 am - Bus Departs from Thorpdale Bakery

  • 8:00 am - Driffield Memorial

  • 8:20 am - Traralgon Train Station

  • 8:50 am - Rosedale Milkbar (next to the public toilets carpark)

  • 9:20 am - Sale McDonalds

  • 10:15 am - East Gippsland Field Days

Return

  • 4:00 pm - Bus departs East Gippsland Field Days

  • 4:55 pm - Sale McDonalds

  • 5:25 pm - Rosedale Milkbar (next to the public toilets carpark)

  • 5:50 pm - Traralgon Train Station

  • 6:15 pm - Driffield Memorial

  • 6:35 pm - Bus terminates at Thorpdale Bakery
