Notice to Incorporate & Christmas Party
Thanks to the continued support that you’ve shown Valley Farmers in 2025, we’re going to finish with a bang and apply for incorporation! This means Valley Farmers will be recognised as a not-for-profit legal entity and allow us to better serve the farming community moving forward.
Incorporating Valley Farmers allows us to:
Apply for funding and grants.
Accept tax deductible donations
Become insured so we can operate more event types such as farm walks.
Enter into partnerships with other farming bodies and potentially allowing perks such as reciprocal membership.
Become a Member
In order to Incorporate, we need a minimum of 5 individuals who are willing to apply for membership.
Becoming a member of Valley Farmers helps support our purpose and increases our chances when we apply for community grants from government or industry.
Membership is priced at $120 per year (no G.S.T.) Payment can be in cash or invoice.
There will be membership application forms available on the night.

Event Schedule
When: Tuesday 16th December 2025
Where: Yinnar Hotel, Function Room via Bistro.
Timing: 5:30-6:15 pm Doors Open & Bistro taking orders (optional & self-funded). Suggest you get orders in during this time as Tuesday nights are generally busy.
6:30pm FARMER CHRISTMAS!!
7:00pm Incorporation Meeting
7:20pm Continue with the Christmas cheer 🥳
