Business of Farming - Cost of Production

Featuring Chris Jehu from Countryside Business Partners this session will explore different ways to view cost of production and how it can influence key decisions around enterprises, stocking rates and marketing opportunities. We will run through practical Latrobe Valley examples to demonstrate how these figures can be interpreted and applied in real farm situations. There will be an overview of real-world financial benchmarks of Latrobe Valley and wider Gippsland farming operations.

Time: 5:30pm Doors Open, 6:00pm Presentation, 7:00pm Dinner

Location: Starting at the Yinnar & District Memorial Hall, then a 2 minute walk (10 second drive) to the Yinnar Hotel for dinner.
